H-E-B Mi Tienda Queso Cotija is made with whole milk and aged for flavor. This wedge of salty, hard cheese is similar to parmesan and is ready to grate, shred, shave or chisel, depending on what you’re making. Great for topping salads, soups, beans, pasta, tostadas and antojitos (appetizers), it’s also handy for elote (Mexican street corn).
