Description
Place the opened squid skewers in a container and marinate for 30 minutes with onion, ginger, salt, sugar, chicken seasoning, cooking wine and soy sauce.
Place the squid skewers on a baking sheet lined with tin foil.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 12 minutes on top and bottom heat.
