Ingredient:
2 bags of frozen clam (about 24 ounces)(precooked)
1 large shallot, sliced
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1/2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tbsp chili flakes (to your taste)
1 tbsp sugar
2 medium red bell pepper, diced (about 12ounces)
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 bunch coriander leaves(rau ram)
Stir fry with the above ingredient.
