Stovetop: Season Boston butt pork steaks as desired. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 1 - 2 minutes. Place steaks in skillet and pan broil (using no oil) for 3 - 4 minutes per side. Remove at an internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Other Option: Air fry Boston butt pork steaks at 370°F for 3 - 4 minutes per side.
