Description
A classic for a Sunday family dinner, this whole tri-tip roast is a boneless cut of beef that’s named after its triangular shape. It comes from the bottom sirloin primal and is tender and packed with flavor. To prepare, sear the marbled side and then oven-roast. You can also grill a tri-tip as well. After letting it rest so the juices settle in nicely, slice across the grain and serve with your favorite sides.
