Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Season or marinate pork chops as desired. Grill about 4" above medium heat (375°F is ideal). For 3/4'' chops, cook 7 - 8 minutes/side. For 1'' chops, cook 10 - 11 minutes/side. Remove at an internal temperature of 155°F.
