Microwave: Remove cardboard sleeve. Cut 3 small slits in top of pouch and cover with a paper towel. Heat on high power for 6 - 7 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Let stand 2 minutes and serve.
Oven: Heat oven to 350°F with rack in center of oven. Remove cardboard sleeve. Remove meatloaf from pouch and place in suitable baking pan. Bake 30 minutes, uncovered, or until heated thoroughly. Let stand 2 minutes and serve.
