For your protection, follow these Safe Handling Instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
- Stovetop: Coat meat with seasoned flour. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Brown meat for 8 minutes. OPTIONAL: Remove meat to brown vegetables. Combine and add broth, water, wine or liquid to cover meat add chopped vegetables. Bring to a boil and cover. Simmer over low heat for 1-1/2 - 2 hours until tender.
