Fresh snakehead fish are live processed and prepared with an exclusive slurry-free formula before frozen packaged from BAP-certified farms and sliced to a uniform thickness of 3mm. From the factory and straight to our customer’s hands, the entire process can be traced and the lead time is between 12-15 days. We’re proud to say that there are no other similar products as fresh as ours. No antibiotics are used during raising snakehead fish and processing.
The fish are cut carefully at a 45-degree angle to ensure a delicious, silky texture. Paired with traditional, naturally fermented sauerkraut and fragrant soup pack. Fresh and delicious, spicy and sour, every bite is full of umami flavor. Open the bag and thaw out, then cook. This is the perfect convenient meal without compromising quality and taste.
1. Put the sauerkraut buns and fish fillets into the bag and thaw for five minutes at room temperature.
2. Add the appropriate amount of water and seasoning soup to the pot, pour in the sauerkraut and boil for 2 minutes.
3. Pour the fish fillets and boil for 1 minute, then they can be taken out of the pan.
