This non-GMO gluten-free Sourdough Starter Culture is brought to you by Cultures for Health. This 22g pack mixture is made using organic brown rice flour, resulting in a naturally gluten-free product. This will allow you to create unforgettable loaves of artisan-style sourdough bread.
To begin, mix a tablespoon of your mixture with a tablespoon of room temperature water, stir until combined and let ferment for 4-8 hours. Once bubbly, repeat your first step. After this, add ¼ cup of flour and ¼ cup water, and after left for 12-24 hours, discard down to ½ cup starter and then feed the starter with ½ cup water and ½ cup flour. Repeat your last step 5 times, and your starter is activated!
