Hakka Noodles are stir fried boiled noodles that are prepared with veggies and meats. Desi Chinese is the one cuisine that is loved by all Indians alike – from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and even across the globe. India’s most popular Desi Chinese dish is Hakka Chowmein. You can make this mouth-watering dish at home with Ching’s Secret veg hakka noodles stir fried with crunchy vegetables, scrambled eggs, chicken or seafood and Ching’s Secret chowmein masala. For Spicier version, add a few spoons of Chings’s Secret Chowmein Masala.

1. Boil 10 cups of water in a large pan, let the water bubble.

2. Drop the noodles & boil for only 2-3 minutes. The noodles are cooked al dente (al dente means partially cooking the noodles or leaving it slightly Kachcha.

3. Drain the noodles & wash under running water. Spread on a flat surface & toss in 1 tsp oil to prevent sticking and proceed with your chosen dish.

Schezwan noodles
Ingredients: 1 pack Ching’s Secret veg hakka noodles, 2-3 tbsp ching’s secret schezwan chutney, 2 cups of chopped vegetables (carrot, cabbage, capsicum and onion) (optional, you can add 50g of boiled shredded chicken) 2 tbsp oil, salt to taste
Method: cook the noodles as per instructions on the pack. Heat oil in frying pan and stir-fry the vegetables for 2 minutes. 1-2 tsp of water and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Adjust salt. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot!

Veg Hakka Chow
Ingredients: 1 pack ching’s secret veg hakka noodles, 2 tsp ching’s secret chowmein hakka noodles masala, 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrot, mushroom, cabbage, capsicum, onion), 1 small bunch of spinach (chopped), 4 tbsp oil, salt to taste.

Cook the noodles as per instructions on the pack. Heat oil in frying pan and stir-fry the vegetables for 2 minutes. Add chopped spinach and stir fry for another 2 minutes. Add noodles, ching’s secret chowmean hakka noodles masala and sprinkle 1-2 tsp of water. Mix well and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Adjust salt. Garnish with Spring onion greens and serve hot!
