Bagel Dots are bite sized (~ .7 ounces) bagels filled with cream cheese. They are fully cooked and ship frozen and be thawed and served or heat and served. They are an innovative new twist on a traditional bagel and cream cheese. Three Bagel Dots are equivalent to a regular bagel. Bagel Dots are perfect for coffee shops, hotels, country clubs, catering and many other Food Service applications. Bagel Dots are made in small batches and are actually boiled (not steamed) to get the correct bagel texture. Bagel Dots come in 4 great flavors: Kitchen Sink, Plain Jane, Cinnamon Raisin, and Jalapeno Popper. The Plain Jane is a plain bagel filled with plain cream cheese.
