AGV Sliced Pickled Cucumber in Soy sauce are Taiwanese pickled cucumbers. These sliced cucumbers are pickled in soy sauce. These Taiwanese style cucumbers or Kyuchan are crunchy and take on the dark color of the soy sauce. Enjoy them on sandwiches, congee, sushi, with hot rice, and more!
